Our team is made up of 10 experienced and professional project managers, each with expertise in all aspects of urban renewal. From a deep understanding of project timelines and phases to managing relationships with apartment owners with care and professionalism, our team excels at managing processes meticulously while offering solutions to any challenges that arise.
Team distribution:
Our team is divided into work units across the country, ensuring a quick and professional response for every project, no matter the region:
• Central and Gush Dan Team – Responsible for managing projects in Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Holon, Bat Yam, Petah Tikva, and the surrounding areas.
• Southern Team – Handles projects from the Shafela region to Be’er Sheva and the Negev.
• Northern Team – Operates in the Haifa area, the Krayot, the Galilee, and the valleys.

• A Gerontologist specializing in seniors who has in-depth understanding of the unique needs of senior residents, including group facilitation, problem-solving, and offering personalized alternatives.
• A Certified Social Consultant from the Government Authority for Urban Renewal – Focused on fostering community cooperation, building trust, and protecting the interests of apartment owners throughout the project.
